THE RED TIDE OR HARMFUL SEAWEEDS BLOSSOMING CAUSES IN EFFLORESCENCE OF HARMFUL PHYTOPLANKTON IN SEA WATER AND DESTROYS HABITATS AND LOTS OF AQUATICS SPECIES. CONSIDERING THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS PHENOMENON AND ITS EFFECTS ON MARINE ORGANISMS’ HABITATS, THE STUDY OF THIS PHENOMENON IN PERSIAN GULF AND OMAN SEA REGIONS SEEMS NECESSARY. THERE ARE VARIOUS METHODS FOR INVESTIGATING THIS PHENOMENON SUCH AS FIELD STUDY, SATELLITE STUDY AND NUMERICAL MODELING. BECAUSE OF LOW COSTS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF INVESTIGATING VARIOUS PARAMETERS, USING NUMERICAL MODELING HAS LOTS OF BENEFITS. THUS, THE ONE-DIMENSIONAL ROBE SOFTWARE WAS TESTED FOR VARIOUS STATIONS OF OMAN, HORMOZ STRAIT, AND PERSIAN GULF. PROBE IS A PROGRAM FOR BOUNDARY LAYERS IN THE ENVIRONMENT WHICH HAS BEEN APPLIED AS A SOLVER OF ONE-DIMENSIONAL TRANSMISSION EQUATIONS. REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF PLANKTON CONCENTRATION IN PERSIAN GULF AND OMAN SEA REGION, IT CAN BE SUPPOSED THAT THESE PLANKTONS ARE TYPE 2 OR FROM GREEN-BLUE SEAWEEDS GROUP WHICH ARE DEPENDENT ON PHOSPHATE, TEMPERATURE AND SALINITY. CONSIDERING THE RESULTS, IT SEEMS THAT IN STATIONS 12, 16 AND 22, WHICH ARE IN THE STRAIT; BECAUSE OF INTENSE MIXTURE THE MODEL CAN’T SIMULATE THE PLANKTON CONCENTRATION WELL. BUT, THE TEMPERATURE, SALINITY, PHOSPHATE AND NITRATE RESULTS ALMOST COMPLY WITH MEASUREMENT DATA. IN STATIONS 2, 26, AND 30 WHICH ARE IN PERSIAN GULF AND OMAN SEA, WHEN THE TEMPERATURE, SALINITY, AND NUTRIENTS ARE AT THEIR MAXIMUM LEVEL, THE PLANKTON CONCENTRATION WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON THESE PARAMETERS REACHES TO ITS MAXIMUM LEVEL TOO. AS IT WAS FORECASTED, THE CONCENTRATION OF PLANKTON TYPE 2 IS MORE THAN TYPE 1.
